Fabric Care: Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent, or machine wash inside a mesh laundry bag on a cold, gentle cycle.
Do not bleach, scrub or wring. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on the lace. Take care around jewellery, zippers and anything that may snag the delicate lace fabric.
Refunds: At Diane Kroe, every garment is made to order, just for you, in our Toronto studio. For this reason, purchases are non-refundable as we pay our workers by piece. Happy customers are our main priority, and we will make the necessary adjustments to ensure your Diane Kroe design meets your expectations or exchange it for another design.
Exception: We try our best to keep our shopping cart current, though sometimes we may unexpectedly sell out of fabric. We will be happy to send you a replacement, store credit or full refund if there is no other option you like.
