Happy customers are our main priority and we will make all the necessary adjustments to ensure your Diane Kroe design meets your expectations.
At Diane Kroe every garment is made to order in our Toronto studio by our hard working, super talented sewers who are hand picked because of their sewing expertise and attention to detail. Diane pays her sewers fair wages, by the piece, for every garment they make, for this reason purchases are non-refundable but happily exchanged.
We offer exchanges or adjustments within 15 days of purchase; simply mail your item along with your order information and include a note on how we can improve your purchase expectations to:

Shipping costs for exchanges will be split 50/50 - you pay to send your exchange to us and we will pay to send your new and perfect Diane Kroe design back to you.
For an exchange, please note that merchandise must not be worn, washed or damaged. If the item is not in resalable condition we must send it back to you.
If you feel your order is flawed, or we have made an order error, please contact us and we will take care of it immediately and send you a gift card to cover shipping costs.
US Customers please send as a return or gift when filling out shipping form at the post office.

Because every Diane Kroe design is made to order, our delivery times may vary.
We aim for 2 weeks, though sometimes it could take a bit longer. We will let you know when to expect your order.
Our regular customers prefer to order in advance if they have a special date in mind.
If you have a rush order please send us an email and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.
Lost weight and need an alteration? No worries we'll be happy to make any adjustments necessary just follow the instructions above and send $15 per alteration in your package with adjustment details.
We try our best keep our shopping cart current, though sometimes we may unexpectedly sell out of a fabric. We will be happy to send you a full refund if there is no other option to your liking.
