Yes, it's true!! Every Diane Kroe design is made-to-order just for you in our Toronto workshop!! Please give Bob my production manager a little bit of extra time because we're a special type of clothing business and unique from most brands because we don't manufacture in bulk. If you need customizing make sure to let us know in your "order notes" and we're always happy to accommodate you. Our goal is to ship your new pieces within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once shipped times may vary depending on where you live, don't worry we'll send you a tracking number. If you're in Australia we forgo tracking numbers to keep the fees low but have extra insurance for guaranteed safe arrival. If you have a special departure date for your next trip please include it in your "order notes" this way we can prioritize you in the queue and do our very best to get your order to you on time.
