WHOLESALE EXCHANGE POLICY
Diane Kroe’s first priority is Customer Satisfaction. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 15 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for exchange.
ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BY US.

We do our best to ship items within our wholesale production timeline of 30 days. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once we have begun the process we are no longer able to cancel your order. SELLING OUR ITEMS
Diane Kroe products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than retail prices quoted on our website. Diane Kroe products sold in stores must be sold at retail price. Discounts for sale under retail are only allowed if the stock remains post-season. Diane Kroe products cannot be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail. Diane Kroe products cannot be sold online or in store to wholesale or discount outlets.PRIVATE LABEL
All Items purchased from Diane Kroe are under the protection and trademark Diane Kroe, and must display the Diane Kroe name. Under no circumstances may you sell Diane Kroe products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.
If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for reshipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be re-paid before we will send the package again.
LOST OR DAMAGED MY POST OFFICE
We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us and we will provide directions on how to file a claim.
